The technician did a sloppy job. There is a small nick in the windshield. The technician came back today and said he would get his manager to looks at it but he thinks he did a good job. Hopefully Abra will replace this windshield with a better technician.

Windshield was not installed correctly. I paid more to get dealer glass so that my brand new truck looked just as original as it did when I bought it a few months ago but it does not look oringinal. The inside trim is now visible on both the right and left vertical columns. I have taken my truck to the dealer to confirm it is not covering trim correctly and not just something I missed originally. ABRA was contacted as soon as I noticed the defect.

I appreciate the repairman enduring the hot and humid weather as he replaced the shattered mirror on my van's driver side. It did take about fifteen minutes but he did the job fine!
