The service and technician was great. When the work was completed I detected a "Mar" in the lower middle part of the windshield that is approximately 2/8" x 4" that cannot be rubbed out. There is also a scratch in the windshield in the lower drivers side that is approximately 2/16" x 8" that you can see and feel. I was assured that someone would be getting in touch with me to arrange for replacement of the PGW SoundMaster windshield for my 2012 Honda Pilot. I now regret paying for the work because no one has contacted me in regards to this issue. Under the circumstances you have forced my hand to say, if this matter is not resolved by October 4, 2017 I will dispute this charge with American Express. Joe W
