I was not happy that Abra promised that they would cover the calibration work after the glass was replaced, and it turned out that I had to pay for that potion of the invoice.
I will be arranging for State Farm to reimburse for the calibration service.

The service was extremely quick and the technician was friendly. They were very flexible with my schedule too. I have zero complaints.
The work done appears to be fine however over the phone i was told it would be 352 dollers and change when i went to pay the gentlemen after the work was completed he tried to charge me 427.68.
Which was way higher then i was told!
When questioned about the cost he said he called his boss and then charged me the correct rate of 352 and change.
I felt like i was trying to be taken advantage of and this will effect who i choose to do my auto repair in the future!
