The gentleman who helped me was very polite! I also love how you have the mobile repair that comes to you. That was very convient, and I was very pleased with my first experience with your company! The lady I spoke with prior to the visit was very helpful and polite as well.

The technician was very nice. He called me right before he arrived. He did a great job. The lady who set up my appointment was also very nice and helpful. I have already told lots of people how happy I am with Abra and will continue to do so. I also liked that I could speak to a live person to set up the appointment. I had questions because this was new to me. It was very helpful and was the initial reason I selected Abra. I am overall very happy. If I ever have other car issues I will also look at selecting Abra. Thank very much! Alicia R
