My appointment was for Monday. I rearranged my schedule and my wife took a day off of work to get this done. Nobody called it showed up. After I called customer service they told me to call back in 30 mins. The 2nd representative took responsibility and sent the technician to my home which is well outside your service area to make it right.i was given a discount and the technician arrived early to make the repair.
Hi. The gentleman who installed the glass was very kind, curteous and friendly. Unfortunately, during the installation process, my door panel was damaged, to include black marks and scrapes. Further, I found 2 miscellaneous pieces of plastic, which may or may not be essential. And finally, he informed me that the tools he had would not suffice for removing glass deep, down at the bottom of my door, thus warranting a trip to your store.
Jack was verry professional and his skill was obvious. Enjoyed watching him perform his job. I consider the communication to have been excellent Thank you
Your schedulers in Minnesota are clueless as to best locations for glass delivery and Atlanta's challenging traffic issues. I called Tuesday, July 11about 5:15 pm and my smashed out window was repaired Friday about 7:30 pm because the glass twice was sent to the wrong place. The technician, John, from Buckhead Araba, the garage we use in our section of town ,was excellent though tired and frustrated after being sent all over metro Atlanta in Friday rush hour traffic. You certainly lost money on this job. Margaret Ann Briggs
