Access to speaking with someone was awful. Twice I was on hold for over 20 minutes to being abruptly hung up on. There was an error in scheduling which had me sitting at home all day. After nearly 2 hours on hold and several phone attempts was finally reached to only been told there had. Den a scheduling error. Not sure I would have even been contacted if I had not made so many calls! Huge disappointment. I had used Abra earlier this year and had specifically requested you because of my previous experience. If this had been my first encounter it would have been my last
