The individual who came and fixed my window was very pleasant and quick but he was way outside of the time frame that was promised. Originally the promised service range was between 8a to 1p. The services called promptly and said due to the long distances he was needing to travel for other service calls he wouldn't be at my location until 2p. I called at 1:30p to confirm that 2p would still be the arrival time, and the told me it would be closer to or after 3p. He finally arrived at about 3:20p. I just wish I had not waited around all day for him to arrive 2.5 hours after the after the agreed service window.
Tech showed up exactly when he said he would, and completed the repairs in less than an hour!

Only concern was appointment time...was told I had to have my car at the dealership by 8am but no one came to replace my windshield until around 11am
