When scheduling service, I requested multiple times to have both the molding and windshield replaced. The tech only replaced the windshield. I reported this and have yet to be contacted by representative to provide assistance. Please contact me.

was not quoted complete price and was 100$ higher in price and did not bring all parts needed for installation we had to go get them to finish the job same day

MICHAEL the technician was great. Windshield looks fantastic, he repaired the chip and pointed out additional chip that needed repair and took care of it. He was very professional and nice. 10/10 rating for Michael.
I was very pleased with the entire replacement from start to finish. It was a job well done. The service tech had everything he needed, got the window installed, and cleaned up all of the glass afterward. Please give that man a nice bonus.
