The customer service was excellent, from scheduling the appointment and filing my insurance claim on my behalf to expedite the process, to the tech who repaired my front windshield. Jeron (sp.), my tech, kept me updated with his ETA, which was very helpful. The job was completed within 30-45 minutes, and he explained the lifetime warranty, as well as directions for the next 24 hours.
