The man who came to my house was absolutely the most professional person I have encountered in car body repair. I had my last windshield replaced at the dealership and there was no comparison. From the pre-visit phone calls he made to when he arrived and explained what he would do, to shaking my hand when he finished the job. I absolutely trusted him and would love to have him again should I need windshield repair..,but knock on wood I won’t need to. I made the right decision choosing your company on this repair

Everything ok except my dash flops a little bit due to it being cracked upon reinstallation. Not much of a problem due to it being an older truck. I just wanted to inform you of it though.

The first windshield delivered was incorrect. However, a new one was immediately ordered and installed the next day.
This appointment was scheduled as a rush order to correspond with a state vehicle inspection. The team was able to not only work the vehicle in the same day but did a fantastic job coordinating the entire job. No one showed up on the first appt and no one called or notified us that you weren't coming . The repair is fine but he service could be better. Had to get our State Farm agent to call a supervisor in order to get it done. Disappointed with that aspect.
Booking and getting the glass installed was very well done. Great communication from both. I thought price was reasonable.
