Was told I could pay with a check when I set up the appointment. I told Robert D that's they way I would have preferred to pay but he refused and told me a card would be better. I told him again, I would like to pay with a check and he said that the hand held was already on the card payment screen and he "claimed" he couldn't exit from it to accept a check. I didn't believe his story nor do I think this was professional. I chose Abra because of a price difference of $50 with Safelight but I might as well go there next time if they have better customer service. If you don't accept checks, then let that be known initially - don't give me two different stories and force the option you as a salesperson/technician want because it's more convenient for you.

Chip repair is still very noticeable. Service tech said we could have windshield replaced if unhappy with the way the repair looks. Would like to move forward with that process. I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx.

Technician was late. We were scheduled from 8am - 1pm. Didn't get here till after 2pm. He did call though to let us know be was running late... It was more of an inconvenience, not a big deal...
