My technician was amazing! He was prompt, friendly and efficent. Setting up an appointment was very difficult. I called 4 separate times, two times I was answered by the answering service, who told me they would leave a message and ABRA would call me, ABRA never called me back. One time I called and waited on hold for an excessive amount of time. The final time I called my local ABRA who had to transfer me to the glass line, then I was able to make an appointment.

I was originally told that my car could get fixed at my work, then told I had to bring it in because of the weather. Trying to find a ride to work was a very big inconvenience.

i do not like how the repair turned out - instead of a chip in my windshield i now have a circle with a small chip in it. I know per the repair technician it turned out the best it could but it is still in my line of sight and annoying.
