The repair of the chip in my window obviously did not go well yet the feedback that I received is the work is completed and good to go???? I feel like some someone should've contacted me and said the repair was not successful and the window will need to be replaced .

My first appointment-they showed up with wrong windshield. The window For that appointment was 8-1. They showed up at 12:50. I believe a shorter window could have been given.

The only small gap was the first appointment didn't work as the wrong part was ordered. I was told Abra would call to reschedule. I ended up having to call them reschedule. The repair was smooth once the correct part was available.

Tecnician was polite and competent. Was happy he was fussy and rejected the first windshield b/c of scratches and a chip. He rescheduled for the next day and artived early and did a beautiful job. Will recommend ABRA to others
