There was a timely call from Marcus to schedule the repair. Marcuse had open times the next working day. Jessie called the morning of the scheduled repair and inquired if 1-3 pm would work with my schedule. Jessie showed up at 1:30 and appeared very knowledgeable and very through. He should me how the previous windshield had not been installed to ABRA standards. As a result of my experience, I would clearly recommend ABRA to anyone needing auto glass repair.

The woman on the phone was fabulous at arranging a time and place to replace my glass that worked with my schedule. The gentleman that came out to replace the glass waS very friendly and made it easy to have it repaired during the work day without needing to bother besides having me unlocked my car. He also went above and beyond required by asking if I would want him to meet me inside! Very good customer service and hard workers at ABRA!!
Installer was very cordial, fast and did a great job. His cleanup was thorough. . I will use Abra in future for any needs without hesitation!
