Exvellent through the entire process. Setting up the appiintment, the lady was extremely thorough and ensured I was going to get the correct windshield. Service was friendly and did a great job.
We were given a 5 hour window when we scheduled the repair 2 weeks before and were told that we would receive a call first thing in the morning to narrow down the arrival time. We never received a call. You can't tell me that your company didn't know the night before where all the repairs were the next day and how they had them scheduled.
Neil did a great job repairing my chipped windshield. He also explained how the repair was performed and asked me if it was satisfactory. One suggestion regarding the scheduling process - I was informed that the time frame of 8am to 1pm for the repair would be narrowed down once the technician knew his schedule. It was after 11am before a call was made to say the technician would arrive in 10-15 minutes. Is it possible to narrow down the window earlier? Thanks.

Fast, efficient and very thorough
Excellent job. Can barely see where the chip/run was. And i do mean barely!! The only reason I can see the repair spot is I know where to look for it, otherwise a person may not even see it at all.
