The tecknision was very knowledgeable and restored my faith in your company. He represented your company well. And thank the scheduler for not scheduling the same tecknision as last time I called. The scheduler listened to my concerns.

Horrible job. Finger stains all on my interior, plastic panel was not put back together properly. Glue all over my paint and windshield. But ironically the sealant is in glued properly. Spoke to Mark, hopefully we get this matter resolved.

The glass has noticeable dents or waves in it. Clear from 10 feet away from vehicle and it's not in the glass. The glass is actually distorted and misshaped.

Electronic notification indicates the service has been completed however the vehicle won't be ready until 9/12/2017. Once I have my vehicle back I will be in a better position to rate the service.

Great new glass, minus the suction cup marks. Maybe have the tech clean those areas off.
