I had a lot of shattered glass in my car . If you had a hose with a smaller nozzel it would have done a better job.

The install and tech were good, but I would think the glass would be clean. There was wipe tracks and a black spot.

Truth it was the first intake guy that made me stop shopping for quotes. He was so knowable anout the company and my car...I had two cheapper quotes but that guy sold me on Abra. He even delt with my poor attitude that morning.
Then i wasnt satisfied the morning of my apt. I was on hold for 1/2 hour listening to that message the hung up on to have to call back and wait another twenty mins or so
But now that my windshield is fixed and it's storming outside i am very satisfied! My car now looks like its brand new. I wish i could have tipped more than what i did.

Was a hassle to start off with, Jesse was great. He showed up with the wrong windshield at first but made it right when he went to go get the new one. I will not be using this company again. Thanks.
