The installer was very nice. Professional and friendly. He did a great job. Also really liked the text alerts. And the call in advance. So nice to be able to know what is happening. Overall, this was a very positive experience.

The service was very polite and explained what he was going to do. He even saved my car wash sticker. The only issue I have is that he did not clean the windshield inside and outside when he was complete. It was frustrating to walk out to a dirty windshield.

My insurance representative had a list of companies to use, and the criteria was somebody who could do it today. After she found a company who agreed, which was you, she transferred the phone call over to you. But your representative tried to tell me that you could only do it tomorrow, until I pushed the issue, then she said she could do it today. I understand the desire and difficulty of most profitable scheduling, but I don't appreciate the scam of getting us transferred over to you and then pressuring us to get pushed off to a future day so you have more room today to put quick appointments on. Also, she never told me to leave the keys for the technician, We actually talked about the ability of the technician to get into the car because the window was smashed out so I wouldn't have to leave the keys. luckily when the technician called me expecting access to the keys, I was able to get the keys there so the repair could be done, But that was by sheer dumb luck. She also told me that you guys clean the glass in the parking lot, but your technician said that you don't clean the glass out of the parking lot, he did do a quick and dirty job of it as a courtesy. I was your customer because I was victimized with a smash and grab, discovered in the morning when I was trying to get to work, but instead had unforeseen problems to work through. I had to rent a car to get through the day And didn't want to have to pay for that car through the weekend if I didn't get it returned in time on Friday, so having to navigate your mine field of troubles and deception wasn't appreciated. We did get the job done, which is appreciated, but I didn't need the unnecessary, added stress of being jacked around.

The installer came out yesterday to replace my windshield and realized that my windshield had the F-150 logo on it. The windshield he had with him did not have the logo so he called me and said he could be out today with the right windshield. It really wouldn't have mattered to me either way . Today he came back and replaced the windshield with the proper one with the logo and it looks fantastic. He did a great job and his attention to detail is superb. Whether I cared about the logo or not I appreciate that the installer cared enough to do it right. Thank you
