I scheduled my appointment and was told to drop off my car at 8 am, which I did. At 12:20 I called to see what the Eta would be on completion of the job, because I was told I would recieve text messages as per the progress. I was told I was not on the schedule. I then recieved a call saying that The technician never recieved that I dropped my car off but could begin the repair in 30 minutes. When I arrived to pick my car up it was not placed in park but reverse. The car was also completely iced in the inside and I had to defrost the entire car. This was very poor costumer service from beginning to end. I will choose my own auto repair glass service in the future.

The guy who replaced my glass did an excellent job, he was friendly and did a great job. The service leading up to the repair was not fantastic though. The wrong window was ordered twice, and I was given wrong information about appointments numerous times, it really was a bad experience. I will reiterate though that Greg the man who performed the service was amazing and the reason I actually got the right window in the end.

The turnaround was faster than I expected, the price was lower than competitors quotes, and the service at the shop was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate using ABRA glass again.
