Drove down to Mankato for the first appointment and it was the wrong glass. Had to wait an additional 5 days to get the correct glass in. Once the service was performed everything looked good, but would have appreciated a discount for the extra trip and time spent on the first trip. THX
The employees at Abra were unprofessional and uncommunicative. I would never be able to recommend using Abra to a friend.
It took me 24 minutes to get an appointment on the phone. Before our local shop became abra, I could do this in 2 minutes. I don't think I'll be using Abra again.
Fast install and looks good
Glass repair was fine and estimated time was spot on. Just wish I didn't come the first time to find out they didn't have the parts. But I think that was a lack of communication from my insurance, not Abra. I'm satisfied with the service and was happy they were able to get me in the same time the next day after my initial appointment time.
The drivers side fender was majorly dented. My son just got finished installing a brand new fender 1 day before we brought the car in for glass repair.

Almost $150 cheaper than other local shops. Fast , friendly and conscientious. Technician called to ensure he had order right to make sure I didn’t have any surprises. Second time there and will be back (hoping don’t need to though!)
There was gaps between glass and plastic piece at the hood of the car. there was evidence of forced prying of framing surrounding the glass.
email notification should indicate the correct location of installation and not whete the corporate or glass is located.
customer should be made aware of personnel doing the actual instsllation. I dropped car at ABRA location but an outside 3rd party did the actual installation.
Quick and quality service. I was amazed that before I finished my errands I received a call that my car was ready!
