He was very professional about the whole experience, he called prior to the appointment letting me know the the estimated eta, when he showed up he explained how it all worked what he was doing made me feel very comfortable. If I had any questions he went out of his way to fully answer anything I was curious about. He explained the drying times and what all that he did thru the process. I am very pleased with my experience

On time - I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 am. - I received a call from Steve indicating he had a cancellation and if I could come in earlier, he could have me out earlier. In at 9:00 am and out at 11:30 am as promised. Whitney your front end representative was very professional, informative and friendly. Very good phone skills. I would recommend your service.
