I was told that the technician will touch base with me around 8 am on the day of service regarding their ETA to my house. When scheduling the visit for Tuesday I emphasized that the earlier I get notified about that ETA the better it will be(and the person who did the scheduling mentioned to me that she noted it in my file) However, the technician only did it at 12:48 pm thus ruining my wife’s schedule for the day as she waited, waited and waited for his touch base for almost 4 hrs.
