The technician that came to install our glass was a great guy. He is such an asset to your company. He called me right away in the morning to give me an ETA, then showed up right on time. He gave me an exact time I can drive again upon having my windshield replaced and what I can and cannot do while it sets. I know who to request now even though I hope my windshield never cracks again. Thank you so much.

My rear view mirror is not attached to the windshield. The plastic piece and sticky tape fell off on my way home.

Everything was fine. It would have been nice to have gotten an accurate estimate when I first called the 1-800 number. The cost ended up being over 10% more than the original estimate because the person on the phone didn't know about the clips. Also, my rearview mirror shock right after installation. To the credit of the technician, he advised me over the phone on what I could do to solve the issue and it worked.
