Some pieces of glass were left behind in the trunk and inside back child car seat latch. It may have been my job to finish cleaning up the glass. Thank you for all the glass you did vacuum up. I know it was a mess!!!!

Brian, the person who contacted me explained why he could not install in the rain and I was unable to provide shelter. He suggested I bring the vehicle to him at the Forest Lake, Mn shop. He said it would take an hour. I did that during my lunch hour. I am pleased to say it took the hour and worked our well. Brian and the young lady in the corner desk area were polite and professional. Sue Fast
