My appointment had to be rescheduled once because the wrong type of glass was ordered. I thought that was pretty unprofessional. Other than that, Brian was very friendly and did good work.

The work on the rear window was great ... and the technician cleaned up a lot of the broken glass ... but he never lifted up the mat that was on the bottom of the hatch area and there was still quite a bit of glass hiding there along the corners between the mat and the wall of the hatch. I need to make time this weekend to go to a car wash to remove the rest of the broken glass before I can put anything back into the car. (There is actually quite a bit still there.)
