The scheduling process is a nightmare. The automated emails are wrong, wrong date, wrong time. CSR on the phone argued with me that no one serves my area after Noon, when I had an appointment set between 12 and 4.
Jeremiah was a lovely bright spot in all this. He was very pleasant and eager to please. Happy to have a little chit chat while waiting for the reciept to come up on his devise. He deserves a gold star.

Friendly and competent service!
I am happy with my windshield; however, on my drive home, my hood started to open and I had to quickly (and dangerously) switch lanes to pull off on the shoulder of interstate 94 to close my hood since the technician did not close it. This could have caused damage to my vehicle or caused an accident so I am not happy about that.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Easy to schedule and the man who came to fix the car was very nice and it was convenient he came right to my job. The girl I spoke to on the phone was able to discount my rate since this was my first time as a customer and that helped me out so much ! Very well done repair for a great price.

Joe was kind, helpful, and completed work quickly. Only downfall was I was unaware of my wind shield having a heating element so repairman had to come two days in a row.
