The tech that did our glass replacement was very professional and very nice and went over and beyond to get our window repaired. He was Awesome and I will definitely refer everyone I know to Abra! Not to mention out of all the price quotes we got........ Abra was by far the cheapest!

It was 1 he before shop was to close; no one had contacted me whether my vehicle was done. I called the local shop and was transferred to some call center. I ended up being on the phone over 25 minutes. At the end of the call I was told they didn't know if vehicle was done or not. Asked why the local shop couldn't tell me- was told that it was a different department... Ended up having to be driven to shop without knowing the status. Was most frustrating- how could the local shop not know whether it was finished or not ..

Poor piece of glass installed and is going to be replaced next week, use quality glass the first time. It is a hassle to get this done twice.
