The bad experience was the excessively long wait time when I called customer service. Additionally, the rep ordered the wrong window thus delaying the install.
They were knowledgeable and efficient. Came up introduced themselves and went straight to work. They were done in less the an hour, and left no evidence they had been here. Looking at the windshield you would never know it’s been replaced. The entire process from getting the quote, to scheduling the appointment, to the actual installation was easy and stress free. Would definitely recommend anyone who needs this type of work done.
The technician was very nice and explained what he was going to do. So far no leaks. The sensor on the windshield wipers didn't work at first but seem to be doing ok now. I will keep a watch on that. But over all I was very satisfied.
