Once the proper windshield was ordered the service was quick and professional. Unfortunately, the wrong windshield was ordered initially. Because of that, our car was at the shop a week and a half.

The service - coming to the house- is superb. I didn't need to drive after I got home. This afternoon, I walked around the back and passenger side of my car and noticed that a trim strip, passenger side that goes from the windshield across the top of the roof and down the back window was not snapped back in and was flapping. I would try to snap in back myself but with Lexus having specialized clips I'll let a pro do it. Until that is done can't drive my car. I left a voice mail with Darryl the tech.

Working with ABRA to set the appointment was great, and the job got done just fine. However, we needed to do it at a dealership because of recalibration of the windshield. The dealership didn't really know how to handle ABRA coming in, and I had to pay for the recalibration when I was done and then submit that cost to State Farm for reimbursement. I felt that there was little coordination between ABRA and Schomp Automotive. But, it all got done on time and the work appears to be solid. So, I just wanted to pass on my discomfort when I showed up at the service area this morning. FYI
My technician was great. Extremely friendly. It makes the experience that much better to have someone nice like that working on your car.
Technician did not clean the glass fragments out of my car nor clean up the mess he made in my garage. Glass fragments were left in the car, under the car and wheels and over an additional 4 x 5 foot area of my garage.
I am happy with the job done by Abra Auto Glass. It was just put in today so give me a few weeks to see if any issues arise.
