The tech was nice/ considerate. The only thing is, I was told I would get a call with a shorter/ more narrow window in the morning and I did not, I had to call in after my window had started.

Except for charge of 115.00 for only 30 minutes of work at rate of 35.00 per hour. I believe i was overcharge and will speak to my insurance agent about this issue unless you reimbursement of $80.00 be refunded back my American express card within 24 hours immediately.
The person who came to do the work arrived within the window we requested, got the work done quickly, and both our windshields look great!
First, please thank Joe for the first installation. Although the glass developed a stress fracture within the first hour, you folks sent out Roger a week and a half later and he also did an excellent job. Both individuals were polite and informative when it came time for the installation. Thank you all!
When making my appointment, the representative worked hard to find an appointment time that would fit in my busy schedule. The technician was very prompt to our appointment and was very efficient at installing my new windshield.

Repair tech was very nice and professional but we would like to discuss having the repair redone asap.
At 50 mph windshield trim piece came off and above 50 mph there is significant wind noise and buffeting that was not present before.
