Joe the installer was great! The rest of the experience was horrible. We live in Estes Park, outside your service area, and I took the car to the Abra shop in Loveland at 8:00 a.m. I did not realize that there was a 5 hour window for the installer to arrive, and I waited the entire 5 hours. The glass was not delivered until 45 minutes after the installer arrived. From start to finish, I spent 7 hours waiting until I could drive the car. Not acceptable. For folks who live outside the service area, please try and establish a smaller window for the work to be done. That would be greatly appreciated.

Our windshield repair person, Bobby, was EARLY, friendly, respectful, and competent! He explained what he would do-- including the time it would take, and did it, beautifully.
