Repairmen arrived at 5:20, so missed part of my Grandson's game which began at 5:30 and was 1/2 hour away.
. Time frame given was 12-5.
Techs were courteous.
Perhaps narrowing the time frame from 5 hours to 2 hours would allow people to plan around their schedule and not Abra's.
This is my third from Abra. The first two caused the lines (cracks) going out from the star to disappear. This time they are still visible. But if it's secure from further spreading, then I am happy. Anthony has done two of the three, and he does quality work. He left a phone message about the lines (cracks) but it was technical and over my head. Thank you, Don M.

The only problem we had was the l message for the time to expect the repair was wrong and caused confusion for us. One time,was stated and another time was sent via yes. Therefore we had no idea what time to expect the repair person. Not good business.
Our service person was pleasant and completed the job in an efficient manner. I would recommend a card or sticky note that reminds the car owner about the care of the windshield for the immediate future.
The service technician was extremely professional and informative thank you for the great experience.
