The installer was courteous and efficient. The person at the glass shop whom I spoke to this morning listened and problem solved around the fact that I was told repair would happen between 8-11 when scheduled on the phone, but had gotten texts with totally different times. The first stretched the time frame out to 1 pm and the second was a completely different time: 1-5 pm. I first the called number listed on website and spoke to an Eric(k) who was dismissive and didn't seem to care that ABRA had made errors, telling me I had to speak to the glass side. When I voiced my frustration he got chippy and talked over me telling me to calm down. That pissant/man child needs to go back to sweeping floors and cleaning toilets if he can't resolve basic customer issues.
