The crack is barely noticeable; you have to look for it to find it. Everything was quick and easy.
After being on your schedule for almost 3 weeks, my appointment was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. It was then rescheduled with a 5 hour window. We waited around for the full 5 hours and no prob me showed up. We had to cal ABRA and was told it would be about another 10 - 15 min. The repair person then showed up over 1 hour late, well outside of the reserved window.
From setting the appointment to pre-notification of the driver's arrival to the professional who worked on my car to the final instructions, this was an outstanding experience. If I ever need glass again, I will call ABRA.
The installation today went as it should. This is the 3rd attempt. It took Abra 3 tries to get the correct windshield installed. It is done but I wouldn't recommend Abra.
