The representative was courteous, on time, and informative with instructions. A true professional. I was very appreciative of his call, letting me know the estimated time of arrival.
It was hassle free. I didn't even have to go out to my car.

Technician very professional. Called me twice to make sure it was good time to come (he was even early than the 5 hour window given). I specifically asked for ABRA again (insurer is Ameriprise) based upon the same great service I received from this technician back in January when I had to have w/s replaced.
I was very pleased with the very professional service that I received from ABRA. My service technician, Dave, was great. He explained everything he did and he was very efficient as well as being personable. If the windshield turns out to be as good as Dave, we will continue to use ABRA in the future for all of our glass replacement.

(2) Very good continuous communication once the appointment was set up.
(3) Arrival of the service person toward the earlier part of the estimated window for showing up.
(4) Very pleasant and competent service person who answered my questions and explained the repair process while doing it.
Technician called early and gave me a 1 hour window for his arrival time and he arrived within that timeframe. Work was done quickly and appears to be of high workmanship. Technician was very personable. Overall, I was very pleased with the work.
