Scheduled for 8-1 on Thurs. E-mail at 9:30am stating I was next job, will be here shortly. Two hrs later? at 11:30, I recieve a call telling me they will be here by 1 or 1:15pm. Shows up at 1:45pm starts to work & discovers the new windshield is scratched. Comes back next day. Don't call me. I've wasted enough time on this.

Bobby, your technician, provided excellent customer service. He called early to verify the appointment and address and provided a narrower time frame of 12 to 2pm, instead of the 11a to 5pm time frame that the appointment clerk provided. I appreciated this courtesy very much. He also phoned to let me know when he was enroute. His work was excellent and he even cleaned the entire window. Outstanding customer service!! Thank you!
