The installer was on the phone entire time while the repair was being done.
I pointed him out the debt still existing. He said that it us the impact of the rock chipped my windshield.
Thus is my second time to have my windshield repaired. The last time was perfectly done, nut this time, I feel that the work was not quite completed to my satisfaction. That is too bad that your quality is depreciating:(

I wasn't called until 2 hours from the beginning of the time frame. Then Jeff didn't show up at his time that he told me he would be there aND was another hour late than what he told me he would be. I won't call you again.
Still have a bit of shattered look, although small. Just do not want it to spread when cold weather comes.

It was great that the repair could be done at my residence and the crack is barely visible after the repair.
Anthony was wonderful and very helpful. He had to remove a sticker from the window shield that activates the huge garage door at our condo. He warned me that It may not work after removing it because of radio receptors being very fragile. I'm delighted to tell yo it worked on the garage door. Thank you Anthony for doing such a great job.
