The gentleman who installed my window, Jason M., did a great job installing my beautiful new car window. In addition to that, he was extremely kind to my 80 year old father who visited w him while he worked. Jason also went above and beyond and offered advice on a couple other car issues which we greatly appreciated. He was very friendly to me as well. It was also cold- 40 degrees- and he did not complain about the weather. Jason was a pleasure! Give that man a gold star and/or a Christmas bonus! : )

Did not call until it was time for my appointment to tell me the glass was not there was told it would not be in until the afternoon so we left the house then we got a tex from your automated system tell us we were next at 9:50 called at 11: 10 to see were you at they told me it was the automated system. And would not be out until 3 or 4 so it shot our whole day .not happy about it
