Two things I was unhappy with. First, I didn't get a call with an approximate time of when the tech was to arrive. I only got a call when he was on his way which wasn't until after noon. Second, I was expecting the old glass to be taken with the tech and not left in the bed of my truck.
The installer was very professional efficient and did a great job

When I asked questions about the glass repair, the tech answered me and didn’t treat me like I asked a stupid question. He was very professional. He completed the repair efficiently.
We had an appointment scheduled for 8/1, and missed the technician's call. We tried to call back 4-5 times but never got an answer. We called the shop back who confirmed that we were still on the schedule for 8/1. Tried calling the technician again, no answer, and nobody came. I tried calling again this morning 8/2 and rescheduled the appointment for today. We did have a technician come, and he fixed the window, but my car still has glass inside of it and there was glass all over the floor. I had been told that they would vacuum the car out and now I am going to have to find another way to clean up the rest of the glass.
There were several miscommunications and it took me 2days to get the job done. The work was well done.
I always choose Abra when I have a need for repairs. You guys never disappoint. And today when I was crunch for time to get to work your technician did everything he could to help get me on my way. Appreciated how caring he was toward me as a customer and his great work. Keep it up!
