The repair man was kind and friendly. He was very quick and got done within 10-15 minutes.
My complaint is about the result. I can still see visible lines around the large hole. I know the disclaimer said that this may not completely fix the crack, but I thought it would hide the crack a lot more for the amount I paid.
At first I was disappointed with my first contact. I had entered a request on the internet and after a week with no return call I phoned in. From there on it was great service. A date for repair was set up for just a couple of days away. I was kept up to date and the repair was made as promised. The service man was very good I was completely pleased with his work. This was my second experience with Abra this year and both were very satisfactory

The actual installation was great. Leading up to that was horrible customer service. The first installation didn't happen due to wrong parts. I understood that. After that if I had not called and kept calling I do not think I would have a new windshield yet. Parts were not ordered until I called to see if they were in yet, parts came in but I was not called to schedule an appointment. I was put on hold numerous times and disconnected most times. It was ridiculous that I had to keep calling and pushing to get things done. I'm not sure why American Family uses you as a preferred provider.

The windshield of my car was patched in my driveway with no trouble. The patcher was courteous and informative. I was informed that there would be a visible scar on the windshield, but there should be no further structural damage. I was assured that if there was a spread to the damage, my windshield would then be replaced. So far, so good. Thanks, Jerry!
