The tech did a great job intstalling the glass. The only thing I did not like was when I got an e-mail saying that they were on their way at 11:40 AM and then was told when I called at 1:10 PM that other jobs had been added before me. Once I was told that I was next, I should have been next.
It is impossible to speak to anyone at the local facility. You would appear to be concerned about customer satisfaction if you published your phone number instead of sending all calls to a central answering service.
The replacement was good. The guy was nice and personable, efficient and finished quicker that I expected

Very poor customer service prior to the installation. I never received ANY updates on my case status without calling the toll free number, despite promises made to the contrary. Don't bother calling me, I made my comments to one of your reps already.

Scott was a great tech. He was friendly and down to earth and we chatted the whole time he was working. He talked me through exactly what he was going to do. I will recommend ABBA to everyone!
Great job on a very odd/unique case. My care does not have rain sense but for some reason ford gave it a rainsense windshield with sensor even though it was not cabled in. They did a great job figuring this out and getting me the correct windshield. Highly recommend once the solution was figured out
