Great job from start to finish
Started pouring rain out of nowhere and the service man quickly set the windshield before my truck got soaked
The only hiccup in my Abra experience was due to a lack of follow through on the part of the call center (I had to bring the car in for a combo estimate/refit of the replacement glass). They said they would schedule the tech appropriately but didn't. The work itself and all local personnel involved were fantastic!
It was nice to get an appointment6 so quickly. He showed up on time and did a good job.

I was happy to receive my appt at the beginning of the 5 hr window given. I was nervous about the large time frame given, but was extremely satisfied with the results.
So far, I feel this was a great value for the money spent.
This is my first time using ABRA. I tried ABRA since I was not satisfied with a previous transaction with Safelite, since the windshield replacement on a different vehicle resulted in a leaky windshield the very first and everytime since it has rained.
ABRA is less expensive and we will see about the results. A+ job so far!

My rear view mirror fell off after the windshield replacement.i expect you to fix this today. It is unsafe for me to drive my vehicle. This is a big inconvience.
