Glass shards may have been left in the window slot because when the window moves up and down the new glass scratches/squeaks against something. Window also does not appear to go up at the same speed as opposite window - it moves slower.

Serviceman was very nice and respectful. They did need to reschedule for the next day due to having wrong windshield. More questions could have been answered while setting up appointment to avoid having wrong part.
