I was very pleased with the person who made my appointment and with the assigned technician. I was utterly disappointed with the waiting area. There was no internet, no television (even though there was one on the wall), and an inadequate selection of reading material. The only magazine s were Fender Bender, Crash and some auto parts catalogs. Should I need my windshield replaced in the future I will select quality work AND a desirable experience

The process went well except I did not want a windshield with a 5 inch blue shade across the top. It is in my husband's line of vision when he drives. Our original windshield did not have this feature. I informed the lady on the phone several times that we did not have a blue shade across the top of our winshield.
