It was great experience, since I did get updated on when the glass replacement was going to be done as well as when the car was available to be picked up. I also got some additional info about the glass remnants that would be in random places and understand that the cleaning is not perfect, but I can take care of removing the random glass that's left.

I think the Technician did a great job. I was even a little late getting there. I had called to let them know I was running late they said no problem. I arrived about 7 minutes late. And then I received an email about 45 mins later saying that my windshield was done. That's pretty awesome. I knew that my SUV would have to be inside your shop till 1pm to allow time for the adhesive to cure. So when I arrived back at the shop around 1215 I only had to wait another 45mins. So far so good. Thanks for a great job.

The guys working on the glass were super friendly and nice. The windshield was not in because I mistakenly didn’t know I had wiper heaters and they did everything they could to find it so that I didn’t have to re-schedule. I would def go back just because of the friendly personalities.

Shortly after I pick my truck up after the windshield replacement I noticed that the entire windshield, around the entire perimeter is squeaking. Sounds like sneakers on a gymnasium basketball court. I have called it in and told the representative I will see if it gets any better over the weekend
