The technician called me multiple times the day of my appointment to try to get me to come in earlier than 3pm; I was at work. I had to rearrange my schedule to be able to leave for my appointment. My colleuges had to rearrange their schedules to cover me when I left. The tech seemed annoyed that I couldn't drop what I was doing so he could be done for the day sooner. When I got to ABRA, he wouldn't even let me inside the building; he insisted on talking to me out in the cold. When I did go inside, not a single staff member greeted or acknowledged me. But I did experience some choice belching and swearing from them as I sat in the waiting room. Finally, the tech told me he would try to transfer my Washington County park sticker to my new windshield, and if he couldn't he would at least give it to me so I could get a new one. He did not put it in my new window, nor leave it for me to pick up so now i have to spend another $25 to get a new one. I felt rushed and like my business was an inconvenience.

The glass part of it was great , done fast and called when complete.Only complant was drop off , I asked the person recieving my truck if it could be washed and inspect the hood and roof for damage to paint , it was a very large rock that hit the winsheild low , so I thought there could be body damage . This did not happen . So I guess I have to do it myself and call insurance if there is an issue .Will not be bringing it to ABRA for body work , if needed . If seemed that the person tought it would be minnor and not worth his time . Sorry but my truck is only 2 years old and I want the body work done ,if need be .. It is a dark color and hard to tell from the salt on it if there is damage to the paint .
