I specifically gave directions when I set up the appointment that no one would be present but car would be in the driveway unlocked. Information was never given to technician and they almost left without repairing because he could not a hold of anyone. Seemed like really poor communication between scheduler and technician.

Small ding does not appear to be completely filled. Can still feel the edges when fingernail is run across it. Do not want a new windshield which I was told was my only option when I called. So I have to deal with it as is and hope it was repaired properly. No need to call. I have already talked to the company about it.

It seems like it took longer than expected. I was asked to bring the vehicle in two hours early, I brought it in 5 hours early and was then informed the glass guy was not there. I also took it to the shop so the repair could be done inside. I was told this would lead to it being done better. I have no idea if it was. My guess is it was not based on how small the shop area I saw was. I also was given no paperwork or instructions on how to make sure the repair went better.
