Tyler should be considered one of you best assets to your company. From first call in morning letting me know approx arrival time until job was finished he was a complete professional, very knowledgeable about vehicle and service he was providing and best of all a very polite young man. I took time to contact the body shop that had done all of repair work to my vehicle except for windshield and advised them about abra and Tyler. The owner took all of the information I had and will likely be in contact for their glass work as well. Thank you all at abra for great experience and price.
