The turn around time to fix the rear glass was impressive however before fitting the replacement glass the car should hav been cleaned. There are shards in the rear end and that caused my car to be kept at the auto shop one more extra day just because it was not vaccumed prperly... more professionalism is expected...

My rear view mirror now shakes as I drive down the highway. It doesn't appear their is any screw to tighten but I wonder if their is a clip that needs to be installed. Otherwise everything was great and professional.

There was a mess left on the dash of the vehicle and in the driveway and when driving we hear a wind sound, like the windshield is not entirely sealed.There is also a little excess caulk on the inside of the windshield. As you are closed now, we will try to call Monday to have it fixed.
