I understand that it is hard to predict how long a job will take. But as a customer i need to plan my day around being available for the technician. On the"day of", I was hoping to get a txt, call or email with an expected service window (better than the 8 to 4 from the previous days communication) but did not. I ended up calling for an estimated arrival. The timing worked out ok. I was pleased with Dustins work.
